Any applicable contractual terms concerning data access or retention following termination will continue to apply.

Smart ConstructionID is intended to assist construction organizations with managing information and business processes.
The platform does not replace professional engineering, safety, legal, regulatory or other specialist advice or responsibilities.
Users and organizations remain responsible for their project decisions, regulatory obligations and professional requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart ConstructionID will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains subject to applicable law and any governing customer agreement.
